Review on Too Faced Lip Injection Color Bomb! Moisture Plumping Lip Tint

Too Faced has done it yet again!  They have a new line out of six fabulous shades that plump up your pout.  I bought mine in the color plump it up pink, which is sort of a hot pink kind of neon color that I am obsessed with!  This lipstick stays on fairly well yet it doesn't dry out my lips like other long stay lipsticks or lip tints.  It is packed with Vitamins A, C, & E and comes in different shades of pinks, reds, and a nude color.  The smell of this lipstick is very familiar too.  It reminds of those BONNE BELL Lip Smacker chapsticks I used to collect when I was a toddler.  Brings me back to the good old days.

As far as getting Angelina Jolie lips, I never notice my lips looking bigger when I use any type of lip plumper but I get them anyways.  Why you ask? Because I can and because I like the tingling feeling on my lips.  With this product as well as with other lip plumping products it makes your lips tingle and even sting a little.  I gave my boyfriend a little smooch this weekend and he said my kiss made his lips tingle.  Well duh, its because I was wearing this lipstick!  He doesn't know that though so it'll be our little secret and the next time you lock lips with a hottie you might try using one of these new shades by Too Faced.

Let me know which lip plumpers you have tried and love or if you use this one and which shade you pick up!

Thanks beauties!

Review on Benefit Cosmetics Stay Flawless 15- Hour Primer

I am such a big fan of benefit cosmetics.  They have great products, adorable packaging, and they do great eyebrows.  When this primer came out I absolutely had to run out and get it.  Using primer is a must for me if I am going to be at work all day and I want my make-up to stay on.  I have combination to oily skin and during the summer months my skin is more oily so I need a primer and one that stays for 15 hours sounded pretty good to me.

This primer is different than any I have used because it looks like a huge stick and you apply it by rolling it on your face, then rub it in with your fingers.  It feels a bit cakey so to prevent that feeling, warm it up by rubbing across the back of your hand before applying on your face. The sales lady gave me a sample of the "hello flawless oxygen wow" foundation to put on after the primer for best results.

Here's the deal... If you're going to be at a wedding or an all day event this stuff is perfect.  Personally, I have to touch-up once a day with powder but that is because I am so oily.

And another thing.. Who keeps their make-up on for 15 hours anyways?

As always stay fabulous!!

Cocoa Powder For Your Face and Tummy!

Cocoa powder is a cheap and easy beauty trick that can help transform your face and satisfy a sweet tooth without going overboard on calories.  With the line of work I do, I am constantly around chocolate and have researched different chocolate products over the past year.  Being a beauty guru you better believe I looked into what chocolate could do for me.  Down below I show how you can use cocoa powder for your eyebrows, a face mask, and a delicious treat!

Cocoa Eyebrows

What you need:
1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
Small container or bowl
Eyebrow/Eyeliner brush
*optional-coconut oil or petroleum jelly

I think eyebrows can totally transform a face.  When a girl has good eyebrows you know she takes good care of herself but filling them in with brow liners and powders can be pretty costly. With this cheap and natural ingredient you can fill in your brows and not break the bank.  I used a left over 1 oz jar I bought for traveling and put a teaspoon of Hershey's Cocoa Powder in it.  Personally I like my brows to look a little bit darker because I have dark hair and lightly colored brows so I will use my eyebrow brush and lightly dip it in coconut oil or petroleum jelly, then dip in my cocoa powder and apply.  If you want something lighter and a look that is a bit more natural you can do without the coconut oil/petroleum jelly.  This will honestly last you until the end of the year.

You can get your eyebrow brush at sephora or at drugstores.

Cocoa Facial

What you need:
2 tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon organic honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil

The cocoa powder contains anti-oxidants for your skin, the honey is moisturizing, and the coconut oil helps with acne.  You can alter the amounts of the ingredients based on what your skin needs.

To start wash off your make-up or clean your face.  Using a microwave safe bowl put the coconut oil in the microwave for 10 seconds or until it is in liquid form.  Add the cocoa powder and honey and stir together.  It should look like a paste.  Using your fingertips or a brush, spread this over your face and wait 10 minutes. (Sometimes I leave it on for a few minutes less or more).  Rinse off with a warm face towel and you can follow with a moisturizer.

Sweet Treat

This cocoa powder from Hershey's has been approved by the best life as a healthy treat and there are so many healthy recipes that include this.  When I want a quick and easy desert I will mix a tablespoon of Hershey's Cocoa Powder with some greek yogurt.  If I want it a little sweeter I will just add half a tablespoon more but you can adjust the sweetness to how you like it. If I have a little more time I will make this chocolate mousse I found on the Hershey's Kitchen website.

Available at Grocery Stores
I hope you all enjoyed this inexpensive beauty tip.  Let me know how you liked it.

July Favorites!!

Hi beauties!

We are heading into August but before we jump on in to next month I wanted to share with you my favorites for July.  July was really good to me.  I went to the Philippines and Thailand for over two weeks, loved work while I was there, and caught up with some great friends and family.

This month I discovered some amazing new products and dug up some old ones.  My list of favorites is huge this month and it ranges from skincare, make-up, and everything else that helps keep you beautiful.  I hope you enjoy!

Oh my goodness!! I have already mentioned how great this oil is on my Facebook page but seriously this has become one of my all time favorite beauty products.  This covers it all from anti-aging, minimizing pores, brightening my skin and making my skin soft like silk.  Its ingredients nourish, hydrate, protect, and heal while amplifying the results of other products you use.  I love love love this product and cannot say enough good stuff about it.  I use it every night after I have cleansed and toned my skin.  I don't just use this stuff on my face I also use a pump on my neck and the remainder on my hands.  The citrus scent is so fresh and I love the smell and the way this product feels on my skin.
Ole Henriksen Pure Truth Youth Activating Oil-$45 at Sephora

So this product has been around for a while but I just started using it last month and I think it rocks.  I am really into taking care of my skin and these daily peels do just the trick.  This peel is made for sensitive skin and gentle enough to use everyday.  I use this peel either in the morning or at night  anywhere from 3-5 times a week.  This replaces my toner when I use it.  These peels are already soaked towelettes and you use one pad first and rub it in circular motions all over your face and I rub this on my neck and back too, then you wait a couple minutes and do the same thing with the second towelette.  The ingredients include glycolic acid, mandelic acid, willowbark extract, and retinol.  These products are used for anti-aging, moisturizing, exfoliating, and decreasing pore size.
Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Daily Peel Original Formula- 30 treatments for $86 or 5 treatments for $15.

Let me just say it is summer time and everywhere I go is hot!  The original Secret Clinical Strength deodorant is a product I have been using for years but I just noticed this new one for sensitive skin.  It is hypoallergenic and it keeps me dry all day.  Go buy some.
Target, Walmart, Grocery and Drugstores- $6-$8.

Am I the only one who eats cereal for dessert?  Well if you want to skip some calories throw out the ice cream and swap it out for this tasty treat.  A bowl of multi-grain cheerios and some cold milk does the trick for satisfying my sweet tooth.  Also if you buy this you can go to  http://www.outnumberhunger.com/ to help Feed America.  Less than $4 at grocery stores

This SPF moisturizer is amazing!  It is called Liquid Silk and it goes on smooth on my face, neck, and hands.  It has weighted balls inside to shake up the moisturizer before applying it to your face and it doesn't feel thick when you apply it which is perfect for these summer months.  This moisturizer does however feel a tiny bit greasy, not too much but a little bit, so if I want to use a full coverage foundation I make sure I use a primer after this so my make-up doesn't run.

When it came to sunscreen I used to only use high end and expensive products but honestly this stuff works the same if not better than products costing $40 and up.  Save the money and save your skin with this sunscreen.  Good job L'oreal.  L'OREAL Sublime Sun Advanced Sunscreen Liquid Silk Lotion for face SPF 50- $7.99 at Target

I have very long, thick, and healthy hair and I feel like I have honestly tried everything when it comes to my locks.  Needless to say I've spent thousands of dollars trying out different shampoos, conditioners, styling treatments, serums, blah blah blah.  I have used expensive salon products and affordable drugstore products and this product has been one of my favorites since junior high.  That's right our love is more than a decade strong.  Over the years there have been changes to the Sleek & Shine Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk but no matter what, it has always done the job.  This product is so amazing if I just wanted to use this and only this it would make my hair perfect.  This little bottle smooths my hair, gets rid of tangles, makes it shiny, and keeps it from getting frizzy.  I kid you not when I tell you that this little drugstore find beats out any other hair product I have tried.  Love this stuff and I thank the inventors of it especially after my trip to the humid Philippines and Thailand.  I did stop using this product for a few weeks in June to test out numerous high end salon products and my hair was not the same.  Never again will I go longer than a few days without using this.  Garnier Fructis Style Sleek & Shine Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk- $3.49-$5 at drugstores.

This made the cut again and here's why...
During the summer I don't always want to wear a lot of make-up or look all dolled up and that is a reason why I like BB and CC creams.  Well this BB cream is lightweight and provides so much coverage compared to others.  It is buildable in places I need more coverage, it has SPF in it, and I like the way it feels.  I have also noticed that when I use this BB cream my face isn't as oily throughout the day.  Thanks Shiseido!  Shiseido Urban Environment Tinted UV Protector Broad Spectrum SPF 43- $30 available at Macy's, Sephora, and Nordstrom.

Tarte makes the perfect summer time blush.  I love using tarte make-up because their products almost always do something good for your skin and they never cause me to break out.  Not only does it look pretty on and last for a long time but the clay nourishes and hydrates skin while minimizing oil.  The one I use is "glisten" and it is a gorgeous peachy pink.  It highlights and shimmers and when the light catches it, your face glows.  This blush is a good choice to wear when you know you will be photographed or if you don't want to touch up during the day.  Even in the heat when your make-up starts to melt this stuff stays on.  Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour blush-$26 available at Sephora

This little July fav is an app on my iPhone.  It is the "My Wonderful Days Lite: Private Daily Journal/Diary" and it is free.  I write in this app once to a couple times a week and it is a good way to capture your mood and your day and not make it private on social media for everyone to see.  Social Media is great and if you are having a great or bad day I am all for sharing it but sometimes it's good to keep those moments yours and for that I log on to this app.  It makes me smile when I'm happy, it's great if I need to vent, and it helps with my memory.
Available at the app store

I hope this month was good to you and I hope you enjoyed reading what I loved in the month of July.  I would love to hear from you and see what you couldn't get enough of this month.

Thanks for reading and as always stay fabulous!

Is Your Brain Helping You Stay Beautiful

Hello Fabulous!

This tip is a little different than my usual how-to when it comes to being more fabulous than you already are.  I wanted to share this with you though because I think keeping your memory and brain sharp is just as important as the latest seasons trend or hot new workout.

I am all about taking preventative measures when it comes to beauty and brains.  I want to strengthen and stimulate my brain now so it ages gracefully just like the rest of me.  Below are a list of tips that will help boost your brain power.

  1. Keep a journal- Take five minutes at the end of the day to write down what you did.  You can write about what you ate, who you spoke with, where you went, or what the most memorable part of your day was.  Recalling what you did that day helps keep your memory sharp and it is always fun to look back on what you were doing years ago.
  2. Increase intake of brain food- Foods that will help your brain and provide great antioxidants for your body include dark leafy greens, berries, and tomatoes. Drinking green or black tea also helps prevent memory loss.
  3. Read a new book- I always have books lying around my house and when I have free time I make sure I read.  Reading a book once a month helps to broaden your horizons and it's a lot better than watching some reality show on TV.
  4. Stay current- Taking at least ten minutes every morning to watch the news, skim through a newspaper, or see what is going on in your industry should become a habit.  When you know what's going on in the world it is easier to start up a conversation with someone and it adds to what you know.
  5. Play a game- Solving puzzles and playing games has been linked to sharpening memory and strengthening different areas of your brain.  Games you can play include Lumosity, Sudoku, and Scramble.
  6. Dance, run, walk, jump- Incorporating 30 minutes of cardio into your daily routine helps keep you more alert and energized.  Cardiovascular activity is good for the brain.
  7. Switch it up- By doing something new like learning a new language or learning to play a new instrument you keep your brain active and become a more interesting person at the same time.
When you mix beauty and brains there is nothing that can stop you and you truly are as fabulous as they come.

Let me know what brain tips you will be adding to your routine.  Thanks gorgeous!

No Gym, No Problem!

Hello gorgeous!

I am finally back in America and had a great two week vacation in the beautiful Philippines and in Thailand.  During my stay I only had access to a gym for a couple of days but I was able to keep up with my workouts in my hotel room by doing work out videos on Youtube and posts from Pinterest.

My absolute favorite video of all time is by Tracy Anderson and it is an eight minute arm workout with no weights.  This keeps my arms tight for when I wear tank tops!

Below are some of my other favorite at home workouts and I would love to see which ones you guys like to do!

As always please be safe when doing your workouts and listen to your body.

Have a great workout!

Kick That Oily Hair to the Curb

Has your hair been a little too oily lately? Even after a couple hours of washing it you still notice that your roots look greasy.  Sound familiar?

Well you have got some build up going on on top of that head of yours.  Build up is caused from hair products, shampoos, and conditioners.  Some easy tips to keep those oily roots at bay is to use a clarifying shampoo, stop touching your hair during the day because of the oil from your fingertips, and don't put conditioner on your roots every time.  I like to run my conditioner from where my ear is to the ends of my hair.  Some experts suggest to wash your hair every other day but that is just a suggestion and not something I follow.

To strip your hair of the gunk and build up all you need is vinegar, water, and a sink or spray bottle.  I recommend doing this treatment once or twice a month depending on how much build up you get.  The easiest way for me is to fill my bathroom sink up with about 4 cups of water and 4 tablespoons of vinegar.  For every cup of water use 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar.  I brush my hair really quick to break up any oil from my roots and dunk my head in the mixture.  While my head is in the sink I take my fingertips and work the water and vinegar through my roots first and then work my way down.  I focus on my roots for about a minute and then the rest of my hair for 30 seconds.  My hair is very long so if you have medium or short length hair you only need to work the mixture through your hair for a minute.

I have had friends who have done this with me and they say that my way gets them teary eyed because the vinegar is so strong, so for those ladies I put the water and vinegar in a spray bottle so they can spray it on before their shower.

Once you are done working the mixture in your hair go ahead and hop in the shower and rinse it off.  Follow with your shampoo and only use conditioner on the lower half of your hair.

If you absolutely cannot stand the smell of vinegar I suggest using Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo once a week and you can buy this for $5 at Target or Walmart.

Below I have pictures of clarifying shampoos I like to use.

I hope this helps keep your strands oil free! Let me know how it works for you.

GIOVANNI 50 50 BALANCED- Has an amazing citrus scent and feels so great in your hair.  I  like to use this shampoo daily or alternate it with another shampoo.

Paul Mitchell Three Clarifying Shampoo- I started using this shampoo when I was a high school swimmer.  You just need this one once  a week to get that volume back.

TRESemme Purify & Replenish  Deep Cleanse Shampoo-  I  like TRESemme products and this one has Vitamin C in it and can be used daily or you can alternate between another shampoo.

Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo- This drugstore brand comes in at under $2 and it  gets the job done.

June Favorites!!

Hi everyone!

We are already more than half way through the year now.  Where did the time go?  In June I made some great new beauty discoveries that I will hopefully be sharing with you during July and I pulled out some old tricks and products that I have been buying for years.

I hope you enjoy!

I absolutely love Blistex Medicated Lip Balms.  They have SPF in them which is great for the weather right now, they nourish and hydrate my lips, and they're cheap and you can get them at the drugstore.  LOVE!
The volumizing tonic from AVEDA is absolutely fabulous! Angels singing good.  This tonic boosts volume and it doesn't make my hair oily or look greasy.  Typically when you are trying to get volume and you put too much product or hairspray in your hair it looks dirty but not with this stuff.  You can squirt a ton of it in your hair and it's fine.  I spray it on the front roots of my hair and at my crown because that is where I like the most volume.  If I will be using a lot of heating products I give a quick spray all over my hair to protect against the heat. (Purchased at AVEDA salon)

I am pretty picky when it comes to BB creams and tinted moisturizers.  When they became all the rage in Asia I was a bit skeptical to purchase a lot of them just because I personally like full coverage foundation and the BB cream just did not do it for me.  Well with summer in full swing I just needed to get over it.  Make-up dripping down your face, not cute.  Shiseido Urban Environment Tinted UV Protector Broad Spectrum SPF 43 not only hydrates and protects but it actually offers pretty good coverage.  If I want to run out for a quick errand I'll apply a layer and I'm good on my sunscreen and coverage for the face.  What I also like about this product is that it is build-able if you want a bit more coverage. (Purchased at Sephora)

If you haven't tried this mascara seriously go try it.  I went through a period in my life where all I bought was high end mascara and to be honest this lifts, lengthens, and adds volume just like a $25 designer tube would cost me.  I get mine in Glam Black and I love how the mascara smells like roses. (Drugstore buy)

I have been consuming so much spinach lately.  In the month of June I added spinach to my morning eggs, afternoon sandwiches, and would have a spinach salad almost every night or add spinach to my dish.  Filling up on spinach helped me eat less of other foods and it is packed with antioxidants and flavonoids which are amazing for your skin and overall well-being.

The runkeeper app rocks!  My brother is in amazing shape and he loves to run so I shared this app with him. We are both on each others Leader boards which allows us to check what the other is doing fitness wise.  Having him check what I do is so motivating and it pushes me to run that much harder or on a sluggish day to just get out there and move.  It feels like I am always in a nice healthy competition with him to see who can do the most cardio activities for the week.  With this free app you can keep track of your workouts, share them with friends, and train for marathons.

Well beauties I hope you enjoyed my June favorites!  If you try them out please let me know how they work for you and if you have any favorites I would love to hear them.

May Favorites!

Sorry guys! I realized I never posted this so here it is!

----------------

Well here comes the heat!  May really turned it up a few notches with the temperature don't you think?  Listed below are my May favorites ranging from hair, skin care, beauty, and health.

Enjoy my loves!

Tracy Anderson thank you so very much for getting my bikini body back into gear girlfriend.  I read about and heard all the claims and stories of people who tried her method and wanted to give it a shot after doing some of her YouTube videos.  Her workouts are killer!  There are four different body type workouts and I chose to do the Omnicentric one because on the real I needed to get all of it tight.  The diet is pretty tough and I know I would loose so much more if I stayed on it but I only stuck with it for the first 2 weeks to be quite honest.  I am still eating clean food but definitely adding more calories than what the diet calls for and am still loosing.  Try one of her arm workouts on YouTube and you will be hooked! Guarantee it. (Purchased at Target).

My skin couldn't have done it without you this month you tiny little heaven sent thing you!  This stuff works so well.  If I have a pimple or feel one coming on I put this stuff on it and it either disappears in a few hours or is reduced dramatically.     It has sulfur in it which is great for combating acne and unlike some other acne begone products, you can use this during the day and in the sun and it won't darken your face. Obsessed! (Purchased at Sephora)

I love love love this lip gloss from benefit.  It is called sugarbomb and it's so pretty on.  It is a natural color with a light pink and a tiny bit of shimmer and it is absolutely fabulous.  This lip gloss is great for everyday wear and it isn't sticky. (Purchased at Sephora)

I just love this lotion! It is Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion for Normal to Dry Skin and it's Fragrance Free and Dermatologist Recommended.  You can get this at any drugstore and with the low price tag and for all it has to offer it is no wonder this is one of my May favorites!  Keep it by the sink or at your nightstand and cover yourself in softness before bed to wake up smooth.

I have seriously been obsessed with bananas all month long.  I feel like I have been on the go a lot and they are such a yummy easy snack packed with lots of vitamins and nutrients I just have been eating them non stop.  I'm pretty sure I have eaten them almost every day this month.  Using them in smoothies, for healthy desserts, snacks, and beauty treatments has served me well this month.

Well beauties these were my May favorites!  If you have any health or beauty products you can't live without please comment below and let me know!!

The Right Way to Travel

It is the middle of the year and that means everyone and their mother is traveling places.  People are going overseas, visiting their parents, getting trips in before school starts and as much as people travel there is always that one thing you forget or wish you had.  Well, I will let you in on some tips for space saving packing techniques and what to bring with you so you will be prepared for your next upcoming trip. (Tips and products are pictured below).

Checking your bag at the airport nowadays packs on an extra fee so if you are only going somewhere for a week or less try to bring a carry on.  If you are willing to pay the extra fee, go right ahead! I still do sometimes.

In your carry on make sure any toiletries are kept in 1 oz containers so they aren't thrown away.  I buy mine at Target or I will make sure to get perfume or skin care samples from Macy's or Sephora when I make a purchase there.

Being on a plane does not have to be annoying.  It can actually be a time to unwind and de-stress with a good book or a movie the airline plays.  For long flights I absolutely have to have a skincare line with me and a SPF moisturizer and chapstick.  Washing off my make-up and getting comfortable is very relaxing.  With the recycled air in planes I make sure to pack a hydrating mist and a good moisturizer for my face and body.  Packing hand wipes or a sanitizing spray is also an absolute must to kill any germs lingering in your seat.  If I have a hand wipe I make sure to wipe the arm rests, the back of the seat in front of me, and my fold out table.  If I have a sanitizing spray I'll spray all these places plus the chair.  People may give you weird looks but at least you came prepared!

Just because you are on a plane doesn't mean you have to wear sweats or pajamas.  Not many people get free upgrades wearing their pajamas.  When dressing for a flight I make sure to wear layers.  That way you can adjust your outfit to the temperature in the plane and wherever you stop along the way.  Great things to wear are drawstring linen pants for their comfort and carefree style, black leggings because they can be comfy and chic, a tank top, blazer, big scarf, and flats or slip on boots.  Wearing flats or slip on boots with a short thick heel or no heel at all are easy to take on and off when going through security.  If you want to bring flip flops in your purse or carry on they don't take up too much space and can come in handy in case your feet swell.  Drawstring linen pants and leggings are so comfortable you don't even need pajamas and having a big scarf can double for a pillow or blanket on the plane.

It is best to look up the weather before heading to your destination and plan accordingly.  Bringing basics like neutral tops, a pair of jeans, a black dress, and chambray top let you mix and match without looking like you're wearing the same thing over again. When packing my luggage I bring wrinkle remover spray for clothes that get wrinkled along the way. To save space I like to roll my basic tees.  Just fold your shirt normally and then roll it up and it takes up very little space.  When I bring boots or tennis shoes I make sure to stick my socks in them.  For my bras I like to fold the cups into each other and place them on the corners of my suitcase so they keep their shape.  Putting a plastic bag in your luggage takes up almost no space and is good to have to separate dirty clothing.

In my purse I like to have snacks such as fruits and nuts.  It is a huge no-no to bring on smelly foods like onions or spiced foods because they give off an odor to your fellow neighbors and they may not like that particular smell.  When the flight attendant goes around asking for drinks get two bottles of water to make sure you are staying hydrated and this will help keep your skin glowing.  I personally don't like to drink alcoholic beverages during flights because I don't want to continuously have to go to the bathroom and dehydrate my skin more than it already is.

If traveling to a third world country be sure to bring a Brita water bottle so you can always have sanitary water and some bug spray.

I hope you find these tips useful!  Safe travels!

L'OREAL SPF 50- Feels like silk on your face

Stay Fresh and Fabulous the Day After a Fun Night

I'm sure a lot of us out there had a fun time celebrating the 4th of July and rightfully so! The 4th of July is great because we get to celebrate the U.S.A, spend time with family and friends, have delicious food and drinks, and watch fireworks.  Whats not to love? Oh yeah, that morning after headache and if you happen to work the day after, forget about it.  And please don't even tell me you had too much to eat for your late night drinking meal! It's summer people and we need to keep those bikini bodies tight!

Well I'm here to let you in on a little secret to beat any after holiday hangover or sluggish feeling from a lively night.  There is a secret I have that I started doing in college and it helps keep your skin hydrated, your brain alert for the following day, and keeps your waistline in check.

What is the amazing secret and how do I use it?  Pedialyte Freezer Pops is the answer and let me tell you they are especially great to eat in the summer time.

My Skin Care Professional absolutely hated working on my face on a Saturday morning because well I'm a fun girl and clearly I would always go out and have a fun time the night before.  She said the late night fast food run mixed with the alcohol made my skin look like a disaster under the microscope.  The greasy food would always make my skin oily, contrary to those who say your diet doesn't effect your skin. Liars! How exactly do you explain my breakout from that slice of greasy pizza? Yeah, thought so.. Also, the alcohol no matter how much or little I would have would always dehydrate my skin.

To kill two birds with one stone I turned to something you give infants and toddlers.  After a night of fun my solution for hydrating my skin and getting a late night snack in would be to eat one of those popsicles offered in numerous flavors and drink a cup of water.  When I did this my Skin Care Professional did not even realize I went out the night before.  She thought it was such an amazing discovery and shared the tip with her other clients.

Now that I'm older and wise I can say to just drink and eat less when going out and be careful with what you put in your body.  The calories and fat from alcohol and fast food cause havoc on your waistline and skin.  And if you must cheers the night away please end the night with some water and a Freezer Pop.

I have never missed a day of work or class since discovering these tasty treats! Let me know how this works for you.

Stay fabulous and have an amazing night!
